Hike & Fly

With Indian summer in full swing, there's no shortage of days to hike and fly!

A nice "get away" is just above the Abbaye de Salaz, in the Alpes vaudoises. So our friend Mikkke from West snowboards just has to hop on the bus to Les Plans sur Bex, from where they reach the Col des Pauvres.

Then, all you have to do is follow the ridge to the south-west to arrive at a place called "Pré Fleuri". Here you'll find a 5-star setting, a meadow of tender grass turned golden by the summer sun! Slightly sloping, with the majestic Grand Muveran just behind and facing the Dents du Midi.

By the time we're ready, the morning fog has lifted, clearing the way for takeoff.
