While the frames are sturdy and the design of lenses is standardized, attempting to remove the lenses yourself can lead to damage or improper fitting. Instead, it is recommended that you visit an optical specialist. They have the tools and expertise necessary to remove the original lenses without causing any damage to the frames or the lenses.
