International: 5–30 business days (customs delays possible)

Customs Fees?
No surprises – we take care of all duties and taxes. Your order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Shipping Within 30 Days?
We aim to ship all orders within 30 days. In case of any delays, we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Only returns within Switzerland are covered by Glacier Optics. For international returns, shipping, customs, and reshipment costs are not reimbursed.
