- Switzerland: 1 - 10 business days.
- International: 2 - 45 business days; we delivered DDP. We pay the taxes.

Customs Fees: We delivered DDP worldwide. It means that we pay for the taxes and duties.

Shipping within 30 Days: We aim to ship all orders within 30 days. If there are delays, we’ll notify you promptly.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
