L'Amicale - What is that?

Glacier Optics and Pomoca imagine a weekend where everybody (+18) could meet and share moments of friendship and adrenaline up in the mountain.

Accessible to all, the event aim to offer a multitude of activities: skiing, powder, mountaineering, hiking, films and après-ski.

We'd like the event to be welcome for everybody who has an interest for mountain. Everything that symbolizes the diversity of our Alpine practice, and the different approaches. 

To register, nothing could be simpler. Just fill in the following form!

Price:  CHF 490 Non-refundable, but transferable

Including:

•⁠  ⁠3 days of ski touring and splitboarding with IMGA-certified guides
•⁠  ⁠Avalanche training and introduction/refresher course in alpine techniques
•⁠  ⁠Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
•⁠  ⁠2 nights at the @grandhotelducervin (Saint-Luc) in comfortable dormitories
•⁠  ⁠Access to the spa
•⁠  ⁠And exclusive surprises :)

Level: there will be something for everyone, from hardcore mountaineering groups to ski touring novices.

Where: Hôtel du Cervin, Saint-Luc, Switzerland.

When: April 4th at 9 am in front of Hotel Cervin to April 6th 4pm, 2025

Detailed program (subject to change depending on weather conditions):

•⁠  ⁠Friday April 4: Group formation by level,  avalanche and safety course, evening at the Hotel Cervin with aperitif in front of the hotel.

•⁠  ⁠Saturday April 5: Ski touring and alpine techniques, Après-ski at the Ratrac Bar Chandolin. Sleeping in Hotel Cervin.

•⁠  ⁠Sunday April 6: Ski touring with mountain activities.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

General Conditions for Participation:

1.  Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
2. Skill Level: Participants should have a minimum intermediate level of skiing ability.
3. Medical Condition: All participants must be in good health and physically fit to engage in skiing activities.
4. Liability Waiver: Participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the event.
5. Equipment: Each participant must bring their own skiing equipment (or arrange rental in advance).
6. Insurance: Participants are required to have valid travel and medical insurance that covers skiing accidents.
7. Safety Compliance: Participants must comply with all safety rules and wear appropriate protective gear, including helmets.
8. Code of Conduct: Participants should behave respectfully toward others and follow the instructions of event organizers.
9. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after a specified registration deadline.
10.Weather Conditions: The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organizers
