UV protection

Our lenses are blocking 100% UV radiation.

VLT-visual light transmittance:

Visual light transmittance is the amount of light in the visible portion of the spectrum that passes through a glazing material. All our lenses are under 15% VLT which assure a highly reflecting coating

Polarized

Polarized lenses eliminate glare from reflective surface. On snow the reflection can indicate ice or crevasses area. This is the reason why we do not use polarized lenses.

We are upcycling strings from old paragliders to use them as sunglasses cords. The strings are made out of Dynema®. They are delivered in aleatory colors depending on arrival. Take a minute to choose and tie your favorite knot!

ADJUSTABLE NOSE PADS AND TEMPLE TIPS

We use rubber nose pads and temple tips to ensure a great grip. Using a combination of metal and rubber allow you to bench and adjust them to your face. The Palü Light and Bold come with 2 various thickness nosepads to ensure custom fit.

ZEISS LENSES

We selected a dark category 3 coating to ensure comfort in all situations and a light category 4 for all terrain. Both categories 3 and 4 fit perfectly for mountains activities. For people who are mainly using our sunglasses in high mountains we recommend category 4 lenses.
